Who handles your data

FranX Asia is operated by Go Global Holdings together with Nguyen Phi Van. Both act as the controllers of the personal information you submit on this site. You can reach us about anything on this page at privacy@nguyenphivan.com.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what a form asks for. Today that is:

• Contact form — your name, email, company, the topic you picked and your message. Used to answer you.
• Brand inquiry — your name, email, phone, the brands you are interested in, your budget range and your message. Used to advise you and, where you ask us to, to introduce you to the brand.
• Listing a store or territory — the listing details you enter, including any contact details inside them. Used to review and publish your listing.
• Email alerts and shortlists — your email address and the filters you saved. Used to send you only the alerts you asked for.
• Interface language — the language you were using, so that we reply in that language rather than guessing.

We do not ask for identity documents, payment card numbers or any special category of data through these forms. Please do not put such details in a free-text message.

Your consent

Every form asks for consent in two separate tick boxes, neither ticked in advance. The first is required: it lets us process your information in order to contact you, advise you and handle that specific request. The second is optional: it lets us email you newsletters, resources and franchise opportunity updates. You can submit a form without ticking the second box.

When you tick a box we store the exact wording you were shown, the version of that wording, the language and the time — so that we can always show you what you agreed to.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw either consent at any time by writing to privacy@nguyenphivan.com, or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Withdrawing marketing consent stops the newsletters and leaves any request you already sent us intact. Withdrawing the required consent means we stop processing your information and close the request.

Where your data is stored and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in our managed Supabase (PostgreSQL) database and are reachable only by the Go Global Holdings team members who handle enquiries and listings. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Where we introduce you to a franchisor or seller at your request, we share only what that introduction needs.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and listing submissions are kept while the matter is open and for up to 24 months afterwards, so that we can pick up a conversation you return to. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. After that we delete the record or strip it of anything that identifies you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Write to privacy@nguyenphivan.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in Vietnam, these rights follow the Personal Data Protection Decree; if you are in the EU or UK, they follow the GDPR.

Cookies and measurement

We use the cookies needed to keep the site working and to remember your shortlist and language. We use aggregate traffic measurement to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to marketing consent will be asked for again rather than assumed.
